Bathroom: Bathtub with shower, toilet & basin area. Dining room: Situated at the front near the entrance overlooking the pool, consisting of a dining table & chairs for 8 people & units.
Lounge: Again at the front of the house overlooking the pool, consists of TV with satellite, settee (3persons) which can be made into a double bed a love seat (2persons), a single seat sofa & a coffee table.
Kitchen: The kitchen is situated at the back of the house. It has fully fitted units, sink, hob, and oven with grill, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, breakfast bar & a kitchen table which seats 4-6 people.
Swimming Pool: Is a large 10x5 meters with sun bathing area situated at the front of the house. There is also a BBQ area with outdoor tables & chairs next to the pool. Location
The villa is located on the outskirts of Ayia Napa in the Ayia Thekla beach area. It is only a 5 minute drive into Ayia Napa. Just across the road from the villa is a small beach just a 2 minute walk. The beautiful beach of Ayia Thekla is only a 10 minute walk from the villa. Larnaca airport is a 25minute drive from the villa, which is important after a long flight.
** Please note the villa is fully air-conditioned, hot or cold, but the air-condition is charged extra on a daily bases. Everything else is included in the rental price
